We would like to thank John Joe Sherlock for inviting us to visit Silver Hill Garden Centre to receive a variety of plants for our school planting area. Our first class pupils represented St. Dympna's N.S. It was a super afternoon. The senior room children have been taking advantage of the good weather and using the opportunity to identify plants and animals living around our school. The children have written their very own books for 'Write a Book'. We have a whole school of authors and illustrators. You can look forward to reading them soon.   Thank you to all those who contributed and supported our Green Day/Cake Sale. Well done to the boys and girls on yet another wonderful showcase of their many talents. Congratulations to the winners in the raffle. A special thanks to the Parents Association for their hard work and efforts. Their cake sale was a huge success raising much needed funds for Seamus Bell. We continue to keep Seamus and his family in our thoughts and prayers. |
